Crossdocking
At our location on the German-Dutch border near Nijmegen, we offer you cross-docking services along with reliable delivery or pickup road transport. This gives you the opportunity to leave the “far” destinations from your outbound route with us and quickly get back on the road internationally yourself. We ensure that these shipments arrive at their destination within 48 (working) hours at the latest, and the POD is electronically reported to you. Cross-docking is not storage but a transit point in transport, which is why we offer up to 3 working days of free interim storage at your request. If you need a longer storage period, we are happy to offer that in our warehouse. Every movement of goods carries a risk of damage, which is why we want to deliver many shipments directly from the international route without transshipment. When loading abroad, we often get goods for multiple recipients in one shipment. To keep the shipment and the truck moving quickly, we use cross-docking. By smartly distributing goods right at the border, we avoid many inefficient kilometres. By cleverly combining shipments from different clients, we drive with different types of trucks from our location to the destinations and also pickup addresses, mainly in the Netherlands and the surrounding area.
We have been working for various transport companies for a long time, which allows us to outsource transport to other destinations through our crossdock while still remaining your point of contact. Because we take care of the road transport of sea containers for various clients, we also offer unloading, sorting, and delivery of sea containers. Having enough capacity, both in space and manpower, can sometimes be challenging. That’s where we step in.From loading to unloading the goods from the container, palletizing, or the transport to or from your own warehouse, we offer the complete handling.All via our own crossdock, on the day you need it!
